Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SalePoint, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
About SalePoint
SalePoint is an e-commerce and point-of-sale platform that enables businesses to manage inventory, process sales, and grow their operations online and offline. Our services include but are not limited to inventory management, payment processing, analytics, and multi-channel selling capabilities.
User Accounts
Account Registration:
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One person or legal entity may maintain only one account
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use SalePoint for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Selling illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Transmitting malicious code or attempting to hack the platform
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Harassing or abusing other users or our staff
Payments and Fees
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
- Payment processing fees may apply for transactions
- Overdue accounts may result in service suspension

The SalePoint platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. You retain ownership of your business data, and we will not access or use it except as necessary to provide our services.
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalePoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
- We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
- We will provide reasonable opportunity to export your data before deletion
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
